Clare is a Youth Development Worker, supporting young people with all long-term health conditions. Clare has worked with young people for many years in various different settings in Derby, Nottingham and Hull- the latter being where she completed her degree in Youth Work and Community Development. Clare started in our team as a Renal Youth Worker and is now excited about her new challenge as a Senior Youth Worker.
